  • What types of treats do you offer?
    At The Treat Box TX, we offer a variety of treats including cake pops, pies on a stick, gourmet cookies, cakes in a jar, cookie cakes, brownies, cupcakes, muffins, and more. Check out our ORDER page for the full list of delicious options.
  • How can I place an order?
    You can submit the Order Request at the bottom of the ORDER page. Due to the time we devote to each custom order, we have limited availablity so we recommend submitting your inquiry as far in advance as you can. If you are unsure on exactly what you want to order for your celebration please fill out the Order Request form with as much info as you have.
  • Do you offer customizations?
    Yes, we love bringing your vision to life! Many of our treats can be customized with different flavors, colors, decorations, and even logos. Please let us know your preferences when submitting your request.
  • What is the minimum order quantity?
    Minimum order quantities vary by product. For example, our cake pops have a minimum order of one dozen, while mini muffins require a minimum order of two dozen. Please refer to the specific product descriptions for details.
  • Do you accept reoccuring orders?
    Yes, we do! If you have a recurring meeting or event and would like us to provide the treats, please fill out the Order Request form on our ORDER page. We’ll finalize the details and schedule your dates on our calendar. Let us handle this for you so you can check it off your list and focus on other things.
  • Do you offer catering services for events?
    Yes, we offer catering services for events such as weddings, corporate meetings, parties, and more. We can create custom treat platters and dessert tables tailored to your event’s theme and size. Please contact us for more information and to discuss your specific needs.
  • Can I customize a treat box for a special occasion?
    Absolutely! We offer customizable treat boxes perfect for any special occasion, whether it’s a birthday, anniversary, or corporate event. You can choose from a variety of treats and flavors to create a unique box tailored to your needs. We can also create custom boxes that showcase your brand for client appreciation. Contact us to discuss your preferences and place an order.
  • How are your treats packaged?
    Our treats are packaged to ensure freshness and safe delivery. For special events, we can also provide custom packaging with your logo or themed decorations. If you have specific packaging requests, please let us know when placing your order.
  • How far in advance should I place my order?
    For custom orders and large quantities, we recommend placing your order at least 2 weeks in advance. For standard orders, a few days' notice is usually sufficient. During peak times like holidays, we suggest ordering even earlier.
  • Can I cancel or modify my order?
    Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make any changes. Please note that most times once your order is placed and paid, no modifications can be made. Cancellations made less than one week in advance may not be eligible for a refund.
  • Do you offer delivery?
    Due to our busy schedule it is requested that you pick up our order at our location in Liberty Hill. However, we can deliver within a certain radius of our location for an additional fee. Please contact us to check if your area is within our delivery range. Please note that delivery is not always available.
  • Do you have a storefront where I can purchase treats directly?
    Currently, we operate primarily through online orders and pre-arranged pickups. However, we regularly participate in local markets, events and festivals where you can purchase our treats directly. Follow us on social media or check our website for updates on where you can find us in person.
  • Do you offer seasonal or holiday-themed treats?
    Yes, we offer a variety of seasonal and holiday-themed treats throughout the year. These include special flavors, decorations, and packaging to match the occasion. Keep an eye on our website and social media for updates on our seasonal offerings.
  • Are your products nut-free or gluten-free?
    While we do offer some gluten-free and nut-free options, please note that our kitchen handles allergens and there is a risk of cross-contamination. If you have specific dietary requirements or allergies, please inform us when placing your order.
  • Do you provide allergen information for your treats?
    Yes, we provide allergen information for all our treats. Please let us know if you have any specific dietary restrictions or allergies when placing your order. While we take precautions to avoid cross-contamination, our kitchen handles common allergens such as nuts, dairy, and gluten.
  • What if I am unable to pick up my order at the time I scheduled?
    If you are unable to pick up your order at the scheduled time, please contact us at 512-351-5233 as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate and adjust the pickup time. Please note that orders not picked up will be donated to local schools, the police department, or the fire department. Refunds will not be issued for orders not picked up. As a small business, we cannot make any exceptions.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept various payment methods, including major credit cards, debit cards, PayPal and Venmo. Payment is required at the time of order confirmation. For large or custom orders, a payment plan can be set up.
  • Do you offer gift cards?
    We are excited to announce that we will offer gift cards by the end of 2024. If you have a need for a gift card before then, please contact us via email at info@thetreatboxtx.com.
  • How can I stay updated on new products and special offers?
    You can stay updated by subscribing to our newsletter (see bottom of page), following us on social media, or regularly checking our website for announcements. We often post updates about new treats, seasonal offerings, and special promotions.
  • What is a cottage bakery?
    A cottage bakery is a home-based bakery that operates under the Cottage Food Laws. These laws allow small-scale bakers to prepare and sell certain types of food from their home kitchens. Cottage bakeries are often known for their homemade, artisanal treats and personalized service. At The Treat Box TX, we take pride in creating delicious, handcrafted treats in our home kitchen, ensuring quality and care in every bite.
